I have started this Diet (lifestyle change) in the middle of November at 140lbs, and now at 117lbs

    google fruit fast

A DIET IS WHAT YOU EAT….there for we are all on a diet….
    THINK LIFESTYLE CHANGE

You got the change the way you think and feel about food

TRY THIS, and stick to it.

The first 3-4 weeks are the hardest until your body adjusts to the change.
Results will be in about the same time

    Fruits and Veggies

Eat more plants and keep away from stuff that was made in plants.

Don’t eat anything that comes in a can, box or package….
…..THEY HAVE ADDITIVES IN THEM THAT MAKE YOU ADDICTED TO THE FOOD…..
If man made it, don’t eat it

    NO white BREAD or SUGAR

NO PIZZA, I am in the pizza business, and it is not good for you, very high in FAT and Calories

    NO FRIED FOOD…

    Stay away from FAST FOOD

NO POP, SODA or FIZZY DRINKS

Walk your dog, or walk a friends dog

Don’t think of it as a diet, but think of it as a lifestyle change

I have lost 28.5 pounds in 3 months, drink lots of water. I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week….controlled portion….this really works………

Write down every thing you eat

    take a multivitamin at night

You can’t spot-reduce fat, so you’ll just need to work on your diet and exercise. It will come off.

Sit ups aren’t going to help. They’re useful in strengthening your core, but aren’t going to make you lose fat there more quickly. You would be better served doing full body squats as they are more energy intensive (work more muscles, therefore burn more calories) or just doing some type of cardio.

Cardio (5xs a week for 45 min.+ situps, pushups, squats & lunges) combined with healthy eating (no junk, fast food or sweets. Eat lots of grn veggies + salads).
Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily.

Hi! I’ve heard binding your belly after a baby, keeps your stomach flat…Brook burke did it w/4 babies & her stomach is completely flat. Alot of Island cultures practice this method. Google it. But, since you probably have’nt done that, keep in mind that 3 months is’nt that long. So, be patient. I had a baby at 45, & I’m having the same issue. I stopped eating red meat, & all dairy products-except eggs-and my stomach has gone down considerably. Again, if you’re breastfeeding, it’ll keep SOME weight on you, but as soon as you quit, the weight will come off immediately. The Longer you do it though, the more will come off later. It’s like liposuction, seriously. Don’t worry, it takes most people about 7 months to get their body back(WITH excersize)…hang in there!!

Targeting weightloss can be very hard you can do alot of crunches and never get the "pudge" you also need to walk or run do things with your legs.I found this site about losing weight and working out http://workithealthy.blogspot.com/ it has alot of good information.

Losing weight, especially after having a baby, can be difficult. Mostly because it is so area specific for most people. I found a lot of all around helpful information on http://www.ozonefit.com. One of the biggest things I liked about the site is that Neil has so much information … it’s not all about the latest fad diet or celebrity endorsement.
